These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 91pht platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features available at 91pht.net. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 91pht. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds and bonuses.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 91pht reserves the right to verify all registration information and to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
Accounts may only be registered and used by natural persons. Registration by corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities is not permitted.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 91pht login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 91pht will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 91pht support immediately via live chat. 91pht will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account. However, 91pht cannot be held responsible for losses incurred prior to notification.
91pht is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by 91pht for identity verification purposes, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information associated with your account — including your registered mobile number, email address, and linked payment methods (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) — is accurate and up to date. 91pht will not be liable for failed transactions or communications resulting from inaccurate account information.
91pht accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 91pht reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit, although 91pht reserves the right to apply limits at its discretion for compliance or security purposes.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within seconds. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 91pht does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit into your account, or to a verified account in your own name. 91pht reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied.
Anti-Money Laundering: 91pht is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering or other illegal financial activity will be immediately suspended and reported to the appropriate authorities.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider without first contacting 91pht support is a violation of this Agreement. 91pht reserves the right to suspend your account and recover any funds subject to a chargeback, including any winnings derived from the disputed deposit.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by 91pht are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested.
91pht reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
Promotions are available to eligible Players only and may be subject to geographic, time, or game-specific restrictions. 91pht reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
All games on the 91pht platform that rely on random outcomes use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor, including the size of a Player's bet or account balance.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, 91pht reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the Player's account. 91pht's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the refund of the original wager will be provided.
If a Player is disconnected from the platform during an active game round, the game will continue according to its programmed rules. 91pht is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a Player's internet connection failure or device malfunction.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the 91pht platform. These limits are displayed within each game and may vary by game type, table, and Player account status. 91pht reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 91pht platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 91pht, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
91pht's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player into their account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your 91pht account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the 91pht platform ceases immediately. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, and 13 — shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Your continued use of the 91pht platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
